3. Orders and Payments
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

All original music, compositions, sheet music, audio recordings, videos, graphics, and other creative content offered by YUP SHOP are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of its copyright or other intellectual property rights.

6.3 Public Performances and Online Content
Purchasing sheet music or backing tracks does not automatically grant every right necessary for public performance, broadcasting, synchronization, or commercial distribution.
Customers are responsible for obtaining any additional permissions or licenses required for their intended use.

7. Refunds and Right of Withdrawal
Refunds, returns, and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Return Policy and applicable consumer protection legislation.
Digital Products
Consumers may lose their statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium once supply has begun, provided all legally required conditions have been satisfied, including prior express consent, acknowledgment of the loss of withdrawal rights, and the required confirmation.
The loss of the right of withdrawal does not affect statutory remedies for defective or non-conforming digital content.
Physical Products
Consumers generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for eligible physical goods purchased online, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
