We aim to provide high-quality original music, digital downloads, and physical products while respecting consumer rights under applicable European Union and Lithuanian legislation.
This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions for cancellations, returns, refunds, and defective products.
2. Digital Products
YUP SHOP sells downloadable digital products, including:
Saxophone sheet music (PDF)
Instrumental backing tracks (WAV and other audio formats)
Play Along videos (MOV and other video formats)
Digital music and educational packages
2.1 Right of Withdrawal
Under applicable EU consumer protection legislation, consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts.
However, for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, this right may be lost once the supply of the digital content has begun, provided that:
The customer has given prior express consent to begin supplying the digital content during the withdrawal period.
The customer has acknowledged that this means losing the right of withdrawal.
YUP SHOP has provided the legally required confirmation of the agreement.
When these conditions are satisfied, the customer cannot withdraw from the purchase merely because they changed their mind.
If these conditions have not been satisfied, the customer's statutory withdrawal rights remain applicable.
2.2 Technical Problems and Defective Digital Products
If a digital product is defective, incomplete, corrupted, inaccessible, or does not conform to the purchase agreement, please contact us at:

3. Physical Products
YUP SHOP may sell physical products, including accessories and 3D-printed items.
3.1 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
Consumers purchasing eligible physical products online generally have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without providing a reason.

3.2 Return Conditions
Returned products should be securely packaged to prevent damage during transportation.

3.3 Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods when exercising the right of withdrawal, unless otherwise agreed or required by law.
For defective, damaged, or non-conforming products, return costs and remedies are handled according to applicable consumer protection legislation.

4. Customized and Personalized Products
The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
This exception does not automatically apply to every 3D-printed or made-to-order product.
If a product qualifies for this exception, the relevant information will be provided before purchase.
Statutory rights concerning defective or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.
5. Refund Processing
Where a refund is due following a valid withdrawal from the purchase of physical goods, YUP SHOP will refund the payments received, including eligible standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notification.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or the customer has supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will generally be made using the original payment method, unless the customer expressly agrees otherwise and does not incur additional fees.
For other legally required refunds, we will comply with the applicable statutory deadlines.
